We can't know His ways; we just have to trust.
We have to keep our faith alive, no matter what. And to be grateful for what is yet ours.
I'd say more, but I'm too ill today, and ask your prayers.
Our Lord is living water
and our thirst is for His
slaking,
but we’re lambs unto the
slaughter,
and our hearts are for
the breaking.
We cannot see His
meanings,
we cannot know His ends,
but our meagre bloody
gleanings
are the bodies of our
friends.
Someday, perhaps, we’ll
understand,
or perhaps we never will,
why some where destined
for the grand
and others for the kill.
Meanwhile, pilgrim, bow
your head.
you still have time, and
are not dead.

Friends are everything. I couldn't have done it.
Marley, the canine waif from Afghanistan, whom WE helped save, has a Facebook page! Please drop by to see how happy he is today.
Below are my recent releases on Kindle -please excuse their presence in the body of the blog. I haven't the energy to get them up as 'buttons' in the sidebar. You can click on the covers to go to the Amazon links.
I'm praying extra hard for you today.
