Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace according to thy word.
For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;
To be a light to lighten the Gentiles and to be the glory of thy people Israel.
from The Book of Common Prayer
I want to go home. I'm so tired.
But there's still a long way to go.
Please pardon my slow response to comments. I do my best, and your comments are really precious to me. Barb is answering many of them now. I'm running on fumes, if you don't mind a macho metaphor.
I'm grateful for the energy to have written this. I'm so glad Barbara's stepped in for many of my posts. I'm really not doing well at all.
Thanks to Carol Ashby, Blessed Are The Pure Of Heart is back on Kindle, and will be available in paperback soon.
Friends are everything. I couldn't have done it.
Marley, the canine waif from Afghanistan, whom WE helped save, has a Facebook page! Please drop by to see how happy he is today.
If you can, please do leave a comment. I am trying to answer all, and I am failing, but please know this - I read and treasure each one.
Below are my recent releases on Kindle -please excuse their presence in the body of the blog. I haven't the energy to get them up as 'buttons' in the sidebar. You can click on the covers to go to the Amazon links.
Love and hugs to you and Barb. Praying for you both tonight. <3

ReplyDeleteDiana and Jerry, your words, thought and prayers mean more than we can ever say.
DeleteI am praying for both of you tonight! I have been feeling such a longing for Heaven also. I will let that longing guide me to pray for you, dear brother.
ReplyDeleteBettie, we so appreciate your prayers, and that longing that guides us.
DeleteFurther up and further in. Soon, friend, soon. Yoda, Sam (mine), and many others are waiting in the fields abloom with daisies. My mom has tea ready on the porch. Tell her we're friends, writing friends. She'll be especially kind. Hubs and I love you and B. xoxo
ReplyDeleteSusan, when Yoda passed, I immediately thought of you, and of Sam.
DeleteI'm looking forward to meeting your Mom. I love tea.
We love you too, more than we can say. XOXO
