Your Dying Spouse 437 - Almost Gone

Almost died today. Couldn't breathe, and as the world dimmed around me I could see The Light.

Didn't go. Still too much to do, and besides, service dogs Ladron and Sylvia were beating the crap out of me.

So I am still here. Pretty shook up, and in too much pain to write more, let alone select music.

  1. Dear friend...your words leave me without any.

  2. Just saw this on FB, Andrew! We are all praying for you and I hope that you keep on fighting back death. Sounds like your pups are fighting it back with you! ;-) I wonder if that "beating" might be good for your pneumonia? I've heard it can be helpful, though I'm sure your dogs took the pounding to a whole other level! Praying that you heal all the way around and make sure to rest, my friend! When I'm sick, that's something I struggle to do--rest. Hugs to you! And Happy New Year!

  4. This post shook me up even though it is my first time on your blog. Can I ask what is wrong so I can pray with understanding?

    1. Betty, Andrew's pancreas is about shot - I doubt he'll be reading the comments soon so I'll answer yours. He's a fighter though.
