Not giving up, but it's hard. I had to stop the pain meds - all of them.
The running (or, on hot days, use of a Nordic Track) is a way to help my body build up resistance to what's killing me. Exercise builds up the enzymes that attack unhealthy cells and tissue, and it's my last physical line of defense. I've got to try.
