I have them so seldom now, thank God. When I do, I usually dream that I'm going to miss the plane or something like that. Which is a bummer, but not truly horrifying. May God give you relief.<br />There are some homeopathic remedies that can help with nightmares. You have to weigh what else is going on, in order to pick the right one. Go to abchomeopathy.com and do a search for thuja and look at the symptoms indicated. If some (not ALL!--there are a lot!) are a good fit, together, for you, you might want to give it a try.
