THAT Abba gives us music to fill our hearts with joy and hope, doesn't He!May today find you humming some kind of melody, friend ...
Thanks so much, Linda, He does indeed!...today the melodies are 'Dancing Queen'...and 'Waterloo'.
Yes, both Abbas can bring us joy. Thanks for sharing this joy with us today, Andrew. Praying for you.
Indeed they can, Lisa. Thank you so much for the prayers.
One of my favorite groups and favorite songs! I will listen to it today. And I will be praying for you today too.
Prayers appreciated, and back at you, Rachel! And SO glad you liked the musical choice!
I haven't commented for quite a long time, Andrew. But I've been reading along, thinking of and praying for you. (And it will be hard to get this song out of my head today.
Sandra, I so appreciate your being here and commenting...and I could think of no better song to have stick in one's head! :)
I love being taken back to my childhood ... thank you ...
Shelli, my friend, thank YOU. For your prayers, and for being who you are.
Praying extra hard for you today.
Jan, thank you for the extra prayers. Had another 'canine CPR' requirement today. They may have broken a rib but I am alive.
Disco is NOT dead. I love me some ABBA. Praying
Amen, Christy, and thank you so much for the prayers.
Fun song! I had not even heard of this group until recently! I guess they came along right after I finished high school. So sorry you're having such a hard time, but thank you so much for still finding the strength to be inspiring! Bless you, dear Andrew!
Gayl, I am so glad you enjoyed this! I've always loved the song and the group. I'm so grateful for your comment, and for your presence here.
I do hope you are feeling better this evening, Andrew. It seems that music has been a comfort to you and this song certainly lifts our spirits when we hear it. I'm praying for you the "Papa" prayer you mentioned above, my friend. I know that if if breaks my heart to know you're suffering (which it does), it is exponentially more heart-breaking for the Father to see you suffer. I hope you can sense that even in your pain.
Beth, I wish I were better...but unfortunately the service dogs had to revive me again, and canine CPR may have broken a couple of ribs. But I'm here.Music does indeed lift my spirits, especially...wait for it...DISCO!I do feel Abba-Daddy's pain at my suffering, and He has vouchsafed me the knowledge that He would do anything He could to remove it...except to remove it, because that would negate His Purpose, and in the end would negate, well, ME.Don't know His plans, but I trust Him.Thank you so much for your prayers, and for being here in love and support. It means a lot.
You can't listen to this song without tapping along or even smiling! Abba is where it's at! Praying you find comfort and peace during your struggles!#InspireMeMondays
So true, Julie, and sometimes tapping along and smiling to the beat is the best medicine. Thanks so much for the prayers, and for being here!
I love both Abbas! Praying for you and knowing God is with you.
Thanks, Mary...I truly, deeply appreciate the prayers, and your presence here.
Andrew, that Abba song will be going through my head for the rest of the day. :) Thanks. I think. ;)I'm so sorry about the increasing pain and the swelling. So sorry. I love that music is helping you through this. And, I never pegged you for a DISCO guy. ;)Praying for you, friend.
Jeanne, you're very welcome! It's a worthy song. A happy one.Never did dance, but I like the upbeat music that disco gave us. And mirror balls, a close cousin to Lava Lamps!Thank you so much for the kind thoughts, my friend, and especially for the prayers.
Love this! I was born with two left feet. Never could dance, but love to watch others.
Mary, I did go to dance class when I was a kid...unfortunately, it was taught by a chap who also taught judo."May I challenge you to a dance?"
